First recipe i tried off here was the a Vietnamese dish called Thit Kho or caramelized pork belly. Usually eaten around and cooked only on January 1 New Year in Vietnam. The show VS what recipe only had a few difference which included the use of soy sauces
I hate the word moreish but it definitely was. Very sweet and salty. Delicious and serviced with fried rice

Variations

No boiled eggs added
1kg of Pork Rashers from Woolies
Around 1/2 – 3/4 cup of coconut water rather than fresh coconut juice or coconut soft drink
1/8 cup of light soy sauce
1/8 cup of dark soy sauce
1/2 a brown onion added
1 French shallot used (probably not needed)
1/3 of a cup of fish sauce

Cooking Notes

Browned pork in pan before added to slow cooker
Slow cooker used. 1 hour high and then 2 hours low. 3 hours in total

What I would do different next time
Marinate the pork before hand in a majority of the mix
Reduce the amount fish sauce and soy sauces
Reduce the overall liquid. Lucky the rice sucked it up
Try and use coconut soda or coconut juice
